Curtains offer softness to a window. Today there are so many fabrics to choose from, from full block out fabrics to sheer weave fabrics. Two tracks can be installed allowing you the benefit of two sets of curtains. As the curtains are made to your own specification borders and pelmets can be mixed and match to suit your décor.
Timber & Upholstered Pelmets
Timber and upholstered pelmets are individually made and painted to match your décor. A pelmet offers that final finishing touch giving the curtains and blinds that professional finish.

Motorisation
The motors and componentry we use in motorised blinds, awnings and curtains are made by Somfy. Somfy are the world market leaders in this technology and we update our knowledge of the product every year.
In most cases we would use the latest Altus 50 motor with an inbuilt remote censor. This means the detection devices for the radio controlled unit are within the tube of the blind.
The blinds will operate from a sophisticated hand held remote control. The Radio Technology eliminates the need for cables between the motor and the control unit, which will reduce any disruption to your home and enables easy installation. There is only the necessity to get 240V power supply above each window.
Motorised awnings have an automatic system where the “up” and “down” commands are given automatically by the sun and wind sensor. The sunlight intensity threshold can be easily adjusted to trigger the raising and lowering movements. You can also control the blind yourself at any time with the up, down and stop keys. During strong winds the blind will always retracted automatically to protect it from the weather.
